Daniela represents individuals in criminal cases.  Prior to joining Agnifilo Intrater, Daniela was an associate at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, where she represented individuals and corporations in criminal cases, enforcement actions, regulatory examinations, and internal investigations involving the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the Securities and Exchange Commission, among others.  As part of her work with Kramer Levin, Daniela participated in the trial of United States v. Bill Hwang et al., 22-240 (AKH), a multi-billion dollar market manipulation case brought in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.  Daniela has worked on matters involving a wide range of criminal allegations, including securities fraud, wire fraud, racketeering, and sex trafficking.
