David Gelfand represents individuals in criminal cases.  Before joining Agnifilo Intrater, David worked at a boutique criminal defense firm in New York, where he represented individuals against allegations of tax fraud, PPP/EIDL fraud, drug trafficking, weapons possession, and homicide, among others.  David began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx County District Attorney's Office.  In more than three years as an ADA, David prosecuted both felony and misdemeanor cases, and tried multiple cases to verdict.
